Sobre esta alfombra
A pyramid of a hill and its reflection in still water. A kerkour is a trail cairn, and this diamond Beni Ourain runner marks your floor with one, solid shapes, point to point. Weavers once piled these from memory. Zarbish sets them today.
Three shapes run down the center, meeting point to point, and the meeting points are tied so tightly that a single knot carries the join. The pale wool along the long edges is fuller than the shapes, so the runner reads as a path with stones set into it.
