Custom Orders Policy

Cancellable until you confirm your dimensions in writing. Once confirmed and in production, the piece is made to your spec and cannot be cancelled.

Made to your approved design. Before production begins, you approve a visual mockup in writing. Because each custom piece is then made specifically to that approved design, custom orders can't be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once approved.

Custom sizes and custom designs are not returnable. Your written confirmation of dimensions, and your written approval of the mockup, are the protection: nothing goes on the loom until you have signed off.

Covered for every piece, custom included. See the returns policy.
