Need help or want to ask for something? We reply within a few minutes to a few hours, while we’re open.

The more detail you add, the faster we can help; an order number saves a step. Sizing, delivery and returns may already be answered in our rug questions.

Optional. A photo of your room, a floor plan or a screenshot often helps. Up to 20 MB each.

Files stay in this browser session and need to be added again after a refresh.

A design of your own
