Alfombras para el dormitorio

Soft, low-contrast color does most of the work. A solid sage or blush field keeps the room quiet, and a carved surface brings interest with almost no pattern. Pair them with linen and pale wood.

Sí, si un color manda: una alfombra rosa que se mantiene en una sola gama transmite calma, incluso con motivos marcados. Un liso más profundo, como un fondo gris marengo, va bien en un dormitorio de paredes oscuras.

No, but it is the first thing your feet touch every morning, and a bare floor around the bed tends to look unfinished from the door. If one big rug under the bed is not for you, a runner along each side does the same job for your feet.

One rug, under the bed and showing on the open sides, rather than two small mats: a single stretch of wool reads as more floor. Keep it pale so the walls stay back, and let it run under the nightstands too, so nothing cuts the floor into pieces.
