- Made-to-order pieces
- Delivery 3–7 business days after production completes; production lead times by size are shown on each product page.
- Ready-to-ship pieces
- Where a piece is listed as ready to ship, it leaves the workshop within 2–3 business days of order.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders, worldwide. Every order ships direct from the workshop in Morocco, tracked all the way to your door and insured for any loss or damage.
Delivery address
- A full street address is required. We can't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Address changes are not possible after shipment.

Duties and taxes
Your price covers the rug and its delivery. For the United States, the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, that is all you pay: Zarbish pays any import VAT, GST and duty, and nothing is due at your door. Elsewhere, any import VAT, GST or duty set by your country is yours to pay, and the courier collects it at delivery. Here is what applies, from each government's published rates (checked October 3, 2026).

How it adds up: VAT is worked out on the rug's value (plus any duty). For the countries above, Zarbish pays it.
Every invoice carries a statement that the rug was made in Morocco; that statement is what gives the zero-duty rates above, and for the Arab countries listed we can also provide a GAFTA certificate of origin. We ship with DHL or FedEx, whichever gives the best rate. Your customs authority sets the final amount, not Zarbish, and outside the United States, the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Zarbish does not pay duties or taxes. Refusing delivery does not remove charges already incurred.
