Made-to-order pieces: delivery 3–7 business days after production completes
(production lead times by size are shown on each product page).
Ready-to-ship pieces: where a piece is listed as ready to ship, it leaves the
workshop within 2–3 business days of order.
No P.O. Boxes, full street address required.
Address changes not possible after shipment.

US: no import duties on our products.
EU & UK: VAT and 2.5–4% customs duty typically apply.
Canada: 8–10% duty plus GST/HST.
Australia: duty-free under AUD 1,000; GST may apply above.
UAE/Dubai: 5% customs duty (CIF) + 5% VAT (CIF + duty), applies on all orders
