A new size, or a motif moved or left out: we show you the change before anything is knotted. For new colors, change them on the rug's page and see a preview of your rug at once.

After you order
While your rug is made
For 48 hours after you order, you can change anything on a standard order: size, design, colors, pile, tassels or shape. Reply to your confirmation email or ask in chat, and we adjust the order and email any price difference. You can cancel within 24 hours.
Support
If something isn't right
Standard sizes can come back within 30 days. Tell us, we confirm and send the return address, and you send the rug back. Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund you. Return shipping is yours. Returns
Custom sizes and custom designs are made to the size or mockup you approved, so they can't be returned.
If your rug arrives damaged or isn't the one you ordered, return shipping is ours and we replace it or refund you: your choice. A few photos with your message help us put it right quickly.
Something wrong with your order? opens a request with your order number. It reaches a person on our team ahead of new questions, and you get a reference to follow it.
