No surprises

Approval before production

Nothing goes into production until you approve your mockup in writing and complete payment. Handwork has a finishing tolerance of 3 to 4 cm (about 1.2 to 1.6 in) on the confirmed dimensions. Your piece is made by the same weavers, with the same natural wool, as every Zarbish rug. Any size, any palette, entirely yours. Free worldwide shipping.

Custom questions

Custom sizes of catalog designs are priced instantly on each product page, at the same per-size rates as the collections, with no design uplift. For a changed catalog design, we multiply the standard price for the same size and shape by 1.10; for an original design, by 1.20. We then round up to the next price ending in $45 or $95. The calculator is an estimate. We confirm the exact quote with your mockup before you approve it in writing, then arrange payment before production.

We revise it until it’s right. Nothing is made until you approve the mockup in writing and complete payment.

Once you approve your mockup in writing, your piece is made specifically to that approved design and can’t be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Production begins after approval and payment are complete.

Free worldwide. US customers pay no import duties. Elsewhere, duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
