Products
Our catalog includes made-to-order pieces, produced for you after you order. It may
also include ready-to-ship pieces: any piece that already exists when you order it,
whether a one-off or held stock. A piece is ready to ship only where its listing says so.
Handmade variation in color, pattern, and pile is inherent to the craft, not a
defect.
Product images are representative for made-to-order pieces. Where a listing states
that its photos show the exact piece you receive, they do.
Orders
Prices in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a
full and immediate refund.
Intellectual property
All site content (images, copy, brand) is property of Nazo Rugz LLC.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum
liability is the amount paid for the specific order.
