Sizes and shapes
Any size your room needs
A rug can be made up to 455 cm wide and 915 cm long, which covers an open-plan living room as easily as a narrow hall. Runners and round rugs come in your measurements too, rounds up to 455 cm across. If a standard size fits, the size guide lists them from 90x150 to 365x455 cm. Finished sizes are accurate to within about 3 to 4 cm.
Time and delivery
Loom to your door
A custom size takes the same time as a standard rug of that size: 3 to 4 weeks for small rugs, up to 6 to 8 weeks above 275x365 cm, then 3 to 7 business days in transit, tracked and insured. You can cancel until you confirm the dimensions; after that it is final sale. A rug that arrives damaged, wrong or not as described is replaced or refunded, your choice.
