How it works
Your size, in three steps
Open the rug you like, choose Custom size and enter your width and length; the price updates at once, at the same per-size rates as our standard sizes. Add it to your cart and check out, and we confirm the dimensions with you by email before the first knot. Our team of weavers then hand-knots it in natural wool, to the exact size you confirmed.

Sizes and shapes
Any size your room needs
A rug can be made up to 15 ft wide and 30 ft long, which covers an open-plan living room as easily as a narrow hall. Runners and round rugs come in your measurements too, rounds up to 15 ft across. If a standard size fits, the size guide lists them from 3x5 to 12x15 ft. Finished sizes are accurate to within about 1.2 to 1.6 inches.
Time and delivery
Loom to your door
A custom size takes the same time as a standard rug of that size: 3 to 4 weeks for small rugs, up to 6 to 8 weeks above 9x12 ft, then 3 to 7 business days in transit, tracked and insured. You can cancel until you confirm the dimensions; after that it is final sale. A rug that arrives damaged, wrong or not as described is replaced or refunded, your choice.
