About this rug

A mountain meadow after rain: white flower heads over soft green. Nana is the mint of Moroccan tea, and the solid Beni Ourain round rug keeps that tone across one open field. Weavers once made fields this soft by feel. Zarbish makes it now.

A slim binding in the same wool closes the circle, and because the field is one tone the eye goes to the surface instead: the tips of the strands are a touch lighter than their roots, so the rug seems dusted.
