Creator terms

The short version of how Zarbish Creators works. By sharing your link, you agree to these terms. Last updated October 12, 2026.

Who we are: Zarbish is operated by Rekia Home LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company ("Zarbish", "we"). By sharing your link or taking part in a collaboration, you agree to these terms.
Commission: 12% of what the customer paid for the rugs on approved orders, before shipping, taxes and duties. Rug pads, swatches, samples and express production do not earn commission. 15% once your approved sales reach $10,000 in the past 12 months, on orders from then on. Founding creators: 15% for 12 months from approval. Founding and introductory rates apply for their stated term, 12 months from approval, and then the standard rate applies. Commission already earned is always honoured at the rate that applied when the order was placed.
Collaborations: A collaboration is a separate arrangement for approved creators who buy a rug and make a video of it. It is offered by invitation after review, in a small number each month, and applies to rugs up to 5x8 ft.
Purchase. You buy the rug at full price through zarbish.com, with no trade price, code or other offer on the order; an order that carries one does not qualify for the 10% refund. Your order has the same production time, delivery, care and 30-day return terms as any other order.
Video. You send us one video of the rug in your space within 30 days of delivery, by the link or upload we give you. The video shows the real rug in your real space, and tags Zarbish.
Approval and refund. We review each video and may ask for changes. When we approve it, we refund 10% of the rug price to your original payment method as a partial refund. The 10% is calculated on the items, before shipping, taxes, duties and any rug pad. We issue the refund within 5 business days of approval. If no video is approved within 30 days of delivery, no refund is due, unless we agree an extension in writing.
Returns. If you return the rug, or the order is cancelled or refunded, no 10% refund is issued, and any refund already issued is deducted from the amount we return to you.
Affiliate link. Approved collaborators also join Zarbish Creators and earn commission on orders through their link, under the creator terms. Orders you place yourself earn no commission.
Not a purchase of your opinion. You are free to say what you think of the rug. The refund is for the video, never for a positive review.
One offer, one reward: Each order carries one offer at most: offers never combine, and the customer receives the single best one they qualify for. Commission is calculated on what the customer paid after that offer. Each order earns one reward: a creator commission, a trade designer's credit or cash, or a collaboration refund, never two.
Your link: An order counts when it is placed within 60 days of the last click on your link or your page, or carries your code from the cart. When a trade designer's client link or code is on the same order, the designer's wins. Where cookies need consent, your link counts after the visitor accepts them; your code in the cart always counts.
Approval and payment: Commission is approved 7 days after the customer pays (a new creator's first 2 sales are approved when the rug ships) and paid on the next 1st or 15th, by Wise, in your currency, from a balance of $25 (smaller balances roll over). We pay the transfer fee. We hold 15% of each commission until 30 days after delivery.
Returns, cancellations and chargebacks: Commission follows what the customer keeps. A return, cancellation or chargeback comes out of the held part first, then out of later commission. If we replace or refund a rug because it arrived damaged, wrong, or not as described, you keep the commission.
Your own orders: Orders that are your own, or look like your own (your email, address, phone, name or card), earn no commission. Some orders wait for a review before they are approved, and we may hold an order flagged by our payment checks until 30 days after delivery.
Not allowed: Bidding on Zarbish or its misspellings, or ads that link straight to us; coupon, deal, cashback, rebate or browser-extension sites; paid-to-click or rewarded traffic; domains, handles or pages that look like ours; spam. Cold email only in the United States, under CAN-SPAM; never cold messages to people in the EU, UK, Canada, Australia or the UAE. No listings of our rugs on other marketplaces. A breach ends your membership and voids any pending commission.
Disclosure: Every post, video or page that carries your link, or that results from a collaboration, must clearly disclose your relationship with Zarbish, as the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and EU and national consumer law require. Use "#ad", "paid link" or "I earn a commission", and for collaborations also "I received part of the price back from Zarbish". Say it out loud in videos. We check your first three posts, then from time to time. If a post breaches this rule, the 10% refund and the commission on the affected content and orders are not paid. Repeat breaches end your membership.
Content licence: You keep ownership of everything you make. You give Zarbish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your videos, photos and posts made under these terms on zarbish.com, on our social channels and in our advertising, in edited or cropped form, credited to you where the format allows, for as long as the content stays in use. No additional fee is due. You confirm that you have the rights to what you send us, including any music. You can ask us to stop using a piece of content in new placements by email, and we will within 30 days.
Independent contractor: You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Zarbish or Rekia Home LLC, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
Tax: Before your first payment: a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US). The name on your Wise account must match it. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Changes and ending: We can update these terms, our commission rates and our programme rules by giving you 30 days' notice by email. The update applies to orders placed after the notice period ends. If you do not agree, you can end your membership before then. Either of us can end the arrangement at any time by email. Commission and refunds already earned are honoured and paid under the rules that applied when they were earned, except where a breach of these terms voids them.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
